This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) policy (“Policy”) applies to the Telewix.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any related products and services (collectively, “Services”). If your content is removed or restricted in response to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

1. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your location and will accept service of process from the original complainant.
5. Your electronic or physical signature.

We will restore the content upon receipt of a valid counter-notification unless the original complainant files a court action.

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the bottom of this page and may notify you through other means. The updated version of this Policy will take effect immediately upon posting.
