National Fertilizers Ltd (NFL) is one of India’s key public sector companies, focusing on producing and selling fertilizers and agricultural products. Founded in 1974, it operates under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers. NFL is well-known for making urea, bio-fertilizers, and industrial chemicals, which help support farmers across the country. With plants in states like Punjab, Haryana, and Madhya Pradesh, NFL plays a big part in making sure farmers get the quality fertilizers they need. This, in turn, helps boost agricultural growth and supports India’s farming community.

National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) is inviting applications for various Non-Executive positions, including Loco Attendant Gr-III, Junior Engineering Assistant (Production), Store Assistant, Lab Technician, and more. Age

  • Minimum 18 and maximum 30 years of age as on the cut off date 30 August 2024.
  • Age relaxation for SC/ST, OBC, PWBD, Ex-servicemen etc. are mentioned in detail in the notification.

Education

Experience

  • Experience is not mandatory for these positions. However, if you do have relevant experience, you will need to provide proof when applicable. Be sure to check the recruitment notification for any specific guidelines regarding experience documentation.
  • The selection process will be carried out through an Offline OMR-based examination.
  • Nangal (Punjab), Bathinda (Punjab), Panipat (Haryana), Vijaipur (MP) Units, Corporate Office, Noida (UP), and Marketing Offices.
  • Candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹ 200/- along with any applicable bank charges during the online application process. However, SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Departmental candidates are exempt from paying the application fee.
