- Pass 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central or State Government
Junior Engineer/Sub Inspector (Electrical)
- Pass 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central or State Government
ASI (Draftsman Grade-III)
- (i) Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized University or Board
- (ii) Diploma course in Draftsmanship (Civil) from Industrial Training Institute or equivalent recognized University or Institution
- Desirable: Diploma in civil Engineering
HC (Pump operator)
- Matriculation pass or equivalent with Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate in the trade of Pump Operator or 3 years experience in the respective trade from reputed firm.
Constable (Generator Operator)
- Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate in the trade of Electrician or Wireman or Diesel/Motor Mechanic from a recognized institute and 3 years experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Government
Constable (Generator Mechanic)
- Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate in Diesel/Motor Mechanic from a recognized institute and 3 years experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Government
Constable (Lineman)
- Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate in Electrical Wireman or Lineman from a recognized institute and 3 years experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Government
- Group B Posts : Below 30 years
- Group C Posts : 18 – 25 years
- Note: Crucial date for determining the age limit shall be closing date of receipt of online application. To know upper age relaxation for the reserved category, please refer to the section “Age Limit and Relaxation” in the notification.
- 1st phase examination : Written examination
- 2nd phase examination : Documentation, Physical Standards Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Trade Test & Medical Examination, Re-Medical Examination
- Drawal of final Merit List : After completion of 1st and 2nd Phase Examinations, Merit List (post wise and category wise) will be drawn separately based on marks secured/obtained by the candidates in the written examination. In cases of a tie in mark, the following steps are followed to resolve the tie:
- i) Marks in written examination
- ii) Date of Birth, with older candidates placed higher
- iii) Alphabetical order in the first name of the candidate appears.
