Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a Maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), is one of India’s biggest petroleum refineries. It was established in 1974 and engages in refining & marketing petroleum products in the country. HPCL spreads across the country with its refineries and marketing network. The network comprises Zonal and Regional Offices facilitated by a Supply & Distribution infrastructure like Aviation Service Stations, LPG Bottling Plants, Lube Blending plants, Depots, etc.

For LNG Business: 4-years full time regular engineering course in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Chemical/ Civil Engineering with 3 years experience.
For Bio-fuel Plant Operations: 4-years full time regular engineering course in Chemical Engineering with 3 years experience for Senior Officer and 6 years experience for Assistant Manager.
For CBG Plant Operations: 4-years full time regular engineering course in Chemical Engineering with 3 years experience for senior officer and 6 years experience for Assistant Manager
For Sales (Retail/ Lubes/Direct Sales/LPG): a) Full time MBA or PGDM with specialization in Sales/Marketing AND b) 4-years full time regular engineering course in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Chemical/ Civil Engineering with 2 years experience.

Chartered Accountants

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) along with completion of mandatory Articleship and Membership of ICAI.
No experience is needed.

Law Officers

3-years full time course in law after graduation or 5 years course in law after 12th Standard with 1 year experience.

Medical Officer

Full time MBBS course (As per IMC Act-1956) from a recognized Govt. Medical College
Registration at State Medical Council or Medical Council of India
Three-month Certificate course viz. AFIH (Associate Fellowship in Industrial Health) or DIH (Diploma in Industrial Health) or equivalent qualification from Central Labour Institute (CLI) or Regional Labour Institute (RLI) or National Institute of Occupational Health (NIOH) of any recognized Government Institute.
No experience is needed.

General Manager

Associate/ Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) along with graduation in any discipline
Additional qualification like Chartered Accountancy/ Cost Accountancy/ Law is desirable
Minimum 21 years experience is needed.

Welfare Officer

Degree in Social Science recognized by State Government of Maharashtra. OR
Graduation in any discipline AND Diploma in Social Science recognized by State Government of Maharashtra.
Adequate knowledge (Reading/Writing/ Speaking) of Marathi Language.
No experience is needed

Information Systems Officers

4-years full time regular engineering course in B.Tech. with ComputerScience/ IT Engineering OR
Post Graduate in Computer Applications (MCA)/ Data Sciences
2 years experience is needed.

Relaxation in Maximum Age
