It was established in 1974 and engages in refining & marketing petroleum products in the country. HPCL spreads across the country with its refineries and marketing network. The network comprises Zonal and Regional Offices facilitated by a Supply & Distribution infrastructure like Aviation Service Stations, LPG Bottling Plants, Lube Blending plants, Depots, etc.

Medical Officer

Full time MBBS course (As per IMC Act-1956) from a recognized Govt. Medical College
Registration at State Medical Council or Medical Council of India
Three-month Certificate course viz. AFIH (Associate Fellowship in Industrial Health) or DIH (Diploma in Industrial Health) or equivalent qualification from Central Labour Institute (CLI) or Regional Labour Institute (RLI) or National Institute of Occupational Health (NIOH) of any recognized Government Institute.

General Manager

Associate/ Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) along with graduation in any discipline
Additional qualification like Chartered Accountancy/ Cost Accountancy/ Law is desirable

Welfare Officer

Degree in Social Science recognized by State Government of Maharashtra. OR
Graduation in any discipline AND Diploma in Social Science recognized by State Government of Maharashtra.
