Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) Recruitment-2023
Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), a Statutory Organization under the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, is responsible for carrying out the prevention and control of environmental pollution (like air pollution, water pollution, etc.) in different States of India. CPCB implements this with the respective State Pollution Control Board of each State. To carry out this function properly, CPCB is very quick in filling any vacancies if there exist. So, the notification has been released inviting applications from eligible candidates to fill 163 vacancies in various posts.
The recruitment is direct, and the nature of posts is on a regular basis. The mode of application is online; any other mode/method is not accepted. The receipt of the application commenced on 06-March-2023 and will end on 31-March-2023 at 11.59 p.m. So, be hurry, only a few days left!

Assistant Law Officer | Essential: i. Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University or Institution; and ii. Should have five years’ experience as an Officer of the State Judicial Service; or iii. Should have five years’ experience in the Legal Department of a State; or iv. Should be a Central Government servant, who has five years’ experience in legal affairs; or v. Should be a qualified legal practitioner, who has practiced as such for five years. Note: The advocacy period shall be computed with legal advice period for required experience of five years. |

- Applicants are NOT required to upload the scanned copies of certificates and supporting documents with the application form. However, the same will be produced at the time of documents verification.

The SC/ ST/ PwD/ Ex-Servicemen (Ex-Serviceman one-hour test) and women are exempted from paying examination fee. However, all candidates are required to register and pay a test session charge of Rs. 250/- for two-hour test and Rs. 150/- for one-hour test at the time of registration.
